Two Internal Waterproof Membranes
Formcast uses tear resistant, waterproof polypropylene in our lathing system. This provides protection on both the soil side and the exposed side of the wall.
Waterproofing Admixture blended into our Plaster Shells. We use a proven waterproofing agent that reacts with the cement in the plaster to create a non-soluble crystalline formation throughout the cured shell. The plaster shell becomes permanently sealed against the penetration of water and harsh corrosive soils.
